great spot near parks and cultural attractions

my stay was enjoyable thanks to the hotel's close proximity to both the Tellus Science Museum and Lake Allatoona, which made it easy for me to explore the beautiful park views and local culture, and while the staff was welcoming, the reflected on some issues like the cleanliness that could use a bit more attention.

We had a great time here, especially enjoying the clean pool and the delicious waffles at breakfast! The outdoor seating by the pool was a nice touch for relaxing after a long day. One small thing, I wish the early check-in process was a bit clearer, but it didn’t ruin our stay. 😊

A Special Stay with Exceptional Service!

Our recent visit was quite memorable thanks to Patrice's outstanding hospitality after a rocky start. Despite our initial room issues, her proactive approach and genuine care turned it around. Enjoyed the clean, non-carpeted rooms and the great onsite breakfast—an essential for a great morning!

Breakfast was great and Mrs Michelle was super helpful. Room needed better cleaning.

I really enjoyed my stay at Best Western in Cartersville. The location is convenient, close to major highways and dining options. Check-in was smooth, with friendly staff who greeted me warmly. The room was adequately spacious with comfy beds and decent Wi-Fi. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room nice and cool during my stay. Breakfast was decent. I appreciated the variety even if it was not gourmet. I had a few issues though. I noticed the bathroom faucet was installed awkwardly, making handwashing a bit tricky. The shower had limited water pressure, which was disappointing. Also, I found it strange that there was no soap near the sink, making it less convenient. Overall, it was good enough, but it could have been much better with some attention to detail.

We had a lovely stay with super friendly staff! 🍽️ Breakfast is a delight, especially the mouth-watering waffles. The only downside was my bed's firmness. it left me a bit sore in the morning.

The breakfast was truly delightful, offering a variety of options that energized our mornings. The spacious room with two queen beds was perfect for our family, accommodating everyone comfortably, especially our little child who loved the warm environment.

My wife says that it would be great if they improved the check-in process to accommodate families better.

Request a brown bag breakfast if you leave early to enjoy a quick meal on the road.

Family experience worth it

The gentleman at the front desk was friendly. One morning, my grandson was hesitant about breakfast, but the staff made him a breakfast to go anyway, very nice personalized service.

It was pricey , but acceptable for what we got.

The King Suite was spacious, super clean, and had a comfy sofa bed. I loved having a separate living area to chill out. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a relief. No complaints about the cleanliness and the staff were really friendly, helping us settle in right away. Nice and quiet too, perfect for a good night’s sleep.

Totally recommend for a brief retreat

Comfortable room, friendly staff, the mini fridge and microwave made our stay even better for snacking and drinks after a long day of exploring the area, and the fast free Wi-Fi helped us plan our outings efficiently.

The room was clean, but it had sticky floors and poor maintenance.

The waffles for breakfast were a hit, and the pool was super clean! Also, I appreciated Patrice's efforts during a mix-up with my room.

Felt really comfortable, no reason to complain.
